The Band-It A30199 Tie-Dex II hand Micro Banding Tool weighs 1.18 lbs, and is designed for micro clamping bands A31189 and A31089 in a tension range from 50 to 85 lbs.
Calibrate at 75lbs +2 lbs - 7 lbs for most shield terminations.

No welding, heating or crimping. Military Specified. EMI, RFI Shield Termination.
Heamar offers a range of Band-It and Glenair steel banding straps to go with this tool. We also offer our own brand straps for a fully compatible lower cost alternative.
Applies Smooth ID Ultra-Lok® ties. Locks tie with patented Ultra-Lok® cut-off for increased loop tensile strength. Tool will tension clamp up to 400lbs of loop tensile strength.

On June 10, 1937, in the state of Colorado, BAND-IT was born. Two months later, BAND-IT officially launched on August 10, 1937 in a little shop with a dirt floor in Littleton, Colorado.
